Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email provided with your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Eligible promotions may include free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–7 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Orders shipped with a tracked shipping service will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that some low-cost letter mail shipments, such as individual sticker orders, may not include tracking.

Shipping Delays

Adria & Oatmeal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at info@adriaandoatmeal.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
